The first phase focuses on building a solid foundation by activating your deep core, pelvic floor, and lower back. This helps create better support for movement and reduces the need for compensation patterns. As that foundation improves, we layer in strength and control through your entire back line to support better stability and power.
From there, the program progresses into more dynamic work, including change of direction, balance, and rotational control for tennis. This will help you feel more stable during swings, quicker on your feet, and more confident moving side to side on the court.
We are also addressing Achilles and plantar fascia irritation by improving hamstring mobility and strengthening the posterior chain. This helps reduce strain on the feet and builds better tolerance for running and sport.
